Gun Violence is a plague on our society. What is needed to combat this plague is imagination. The moral imagination to envision a world without violence and the will to power to make it happen.

My family is composed of pacifists. We cannot comprehend the need for a gun. I would probably hope to find common ground with someone if I were put into a dangerous situation, Benn.
We can stand together and carry posters saying, “The pen is mightier than the sword.”
If only John Lennon’s song, “Imagine,” could come true.

Yes. I had John Lennon in mind when I wrote this piece, who as you know, was tragically taken away from us by gun violence. We definitely need to be talking about this.Thanks for your comments.
