The Church of Our Merciful Saviour in Louisville, Kentucky was established in 1891. The church is located at 473 South 11th Street in Louisville’s near west end. This historic church was built in the Late Gothic Revival style and was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.





Nice, I have never been to Kentucky so This is my opportunity to see the church. It would have been interesting to see the light through the front stained glass windows. Thank you

These pictures are beautiful. My great-grandfather, Rev. Alfred Constantine Brown (1857-1914) was the pastor of this church from 1889 to 1892. He was from St. Croix in the Danish West Indies, now the U. S. Virgin Islands. Karl W. Frederiksen
